I had my Toyota Rav4 serviced today. I arrived about 15 min. sooner than the appointment time but was taken right in. Anthony, was like always courteous and pleasantly easy to work with. I took advantage of the coupon from Toyota World of Clinton. My wait time was shorter than expected. I had a cup of complimentary coffee while waiting. The spacious waiting area with wariaty of seats could accommodate people who need to complete other tasks in a meantime or have limited mobility. I was updated during the process. I declined suggested additional work and showed the cost for it. I wasn't pressured to pursue. Thank you for raking good care of my vehicle and myself.

Rob, Bob, Jayson, and team are quality. This review is far overdue: I leased my Toyota April 2021 and had what was easily the best dealership experience, hands down. Rob was super knowledgeable, responsive, and charming as xxxx. Jayson was efficient, helpful, and a complete pleasure. And Bob made the financing end of things a total breeze. The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

I really like Nick Marin, my service advisor. I feel he suggests the maintenance and repairs I really need.

We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.
