I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play. I was also helped one day by Jessie who was friendly and very knowledgeable. The manager Michael really made me feel like a valued customer. We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. Damian has the heart of a servant, and the gentle persistence it takes to succeed in Sales. As I told him in person, I was buying from him as a professional courtesy. Well done!

I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment with Jenner at North Austin Toyota around 12:15. I trust Jenner to handle my maintenance and repair needs. Yesterday, I shared the maintenance I wanted and the price, which seemed like a good deal. He offered me an even better option that cost more upfront but would save me money in the long run. He?s friendly, professional, and we?re building a great relationship.

The car was sounding strange. Joe listened and wrote a service order for it to be checked. He also got me a loaner car to drive. He called me in the lafternoont to discuss the findings. I agreed to the repairs and that I would pick up the car and return the loaner the following.morning. It is working great now..
