All went well! Austin was very helpful and professional. A water leak was discovered while addressing the coolant system flush. This required a longer repair and more expense. I was offered a loaner car which I gladly accepted. Lastly, after picking the car up the next day, J.P. quickly addressed a glove box issue I needed solved. And the car wash coupon came in handy.

Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience.
