The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

I had an excellent experience at Toyota Universe thanks to Carlos Rodriguez. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and attentive. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

John Doyle was a pleasure to work with as I did research on my next new car. He was very easy to speak to and he listened to my "criteria" of what I was trying to find. I also like the fact that he did not talk down to me assuming I knew nothing about cars, when in fact I worked as a mechanic several years ago! Steve Zmani the finance manager didn?t place any pressure on me during the signing process and was quick to get me out as soon as possible. And lastly, Michael Mongiovi, the relationship manager gave me a courtesy call the day after to congratulate me and left his contact information should I have any questions or concerns. The whole process from beginning to end was straight forward, transparent, and absolutely professional - Crestmont Toyota should write a sales book on how to run a business and build relationships. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Toyota.
