My wife and I went in to buy a new car. Favian Frias and Edwin Lugo helped us. It was a great experience. There was no pressure and they took the time to answer all our questions before we made our decision. Once we decided, the exact car we wanted was not in stock. They worked like crazy and located what we wanted at another location and arranged to have it brought to their dealership so we could get what we wanted. The vehicle arrived after closing, but Favian drove the car to our house that night to deliver it to us. Awesome service and dedication. They made buying this car fun. Cabe is so good I don't check out other car brands just because I don't want to go back to my lifetime of experiences at less dealers. But Toyota never disappoints in any case.

Everyone at Toyota of Cerritos was friendly and helpful, especially our salesman Rene. He explained and showed me all the breakdown costs and took his time answering all my questions. He was very patient because, I had a lot of questions and not just about the financing. I never felt rushed or that my questions foolish. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car, how to handle servicing my car, the maintenance etc.. He also offered up some great tips and advice for my new car.
