We visited Rivertown Toyota on Saturday, September 13th, simply to look and see what they might have to offer on their previously owned vehicle lot. Jennifer met us almost immediately and was very professional, yet also very personable and friendly. She was a great help and made a couple different trips back and forth from the main office back to where we were. Not once did she appear to be aggravated or upset about going back and forth so much. We test drove a couple different vehicles and found one we liked. We did go inside with Jennifer to get a little more information on it and to see if we could get an "out the door" price. We explained we were not going to be doing anything that day, but that we would possibly be back on Monday or Thursday of the following week. She understood our position, but still did everything she could to be sure we would be able to purchase the vehicle we had liked. She got us the OTD price we wanted and even got permission to put it on 'hold' for us until Monday. Well, Monday came and things we had in the works didn't turn out the way we had thought they would, so we called to let her know it would probably be Thursday before we could make it in. We told her we understood they couldn't hold the vehicle that long, but if it was meant to be ours, it would still be there. She came through, again, and let us know, if we would like to pay a deposit (non-refundable), she would be able to mark it as "SOLD" and it would be there Thursday when we got there. Well, the Lord worked things out in a different way than we thought and we were actually able to go back on Tuesday afternoon to purchase our 2022 Toyota 4Runner! Jennifer is the best car sales person we have ever dealt with. She is not 'pushy', but she will do everything she can to help you get things worked out to get your vehicle. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with her throughout the process, she stayed in contact with us throughout the four days and any time we sent her a text, she responded in a very timely manner! Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Everything was good but ??my opinion is, when you make an appointment on line they should start on your car in a reasonable time . Over an hour before car gets pulled in shop is not what I consider an express oil change .

It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

I have purchased my last two used vehicles from Willy Herold for my teen and now college aged daughter. My youngest will be driving age soon and we will ABSOLUTELY be using Janet Lane and Willy Herold Automotive to find the right type of vehicle for him.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

As always, AutoNation did not disappoint. My service-tech representative, Joshua Lang, always takes care of me. Originally I came in for tires, but when I asked him about the fuel filter life, and an impending cross-country trip, he was honest and gave me the pros and cons of replacing it of leaving it. My vehicle services were done in a few hours, despite this being a last minute appointment. I will not use another establishment other than AutoNation for my Ram.

The basic Corolla is a terrific value. The 169 hp non hybrid offers plenty of power and 41 mpg highway. Narrow car fits in my old single car garage. Standard features aplenty satisfy my needs. Safety features a plus. Sportier performance than Car and Driver review gives it credit for. I suggest this lowest price Toyota model is a diamond in the rough. A lot of fun for a modest price.

I have always wanted a Toyota. Their reputation is outstanding, as everyone knows. I finally got to purchase a 2020 Corolla (I called it my Covid baby) in July of 2021. Well…at the end of September in 2023 I got into a collision with a SEMI TRUCK going about 65-70 mph. Maybe it was pure luck or maybe it was Toyota. Either way, the car did get totaled but I was safe inside and as the headline says- I got another one! Besides possibly saving my life, it’s comfy, cozy and cute 😁😁 get a Toyota- you deserve it!

They?re clearly has been a major change with the service department and who ?owns? them. I don?t like it! My vehicle was checked in shortly after 8:30 and was not ready until after 5 PM. Confusion and frustration among the staff and customers was obvious. Everything felt like an upsell and part of a package, which means you really don?t know what they?re doing exactly. It?s kinda like when dealerships offer the super duper platinum gold mountain model package. WTH, those words must cost a lot of money. I prefer simple, fair prices, and hassle free over someone trying to tell me what I need.

I had to wait but for my car to be thoroughly examined i didn?t mind. I needed new tires and an alignment, but I had bought two new tires less than 6 months ago from somewhere else. I only had this car less than two years and the tires wear easily. Chris informed me to take them back from where I bought them. I appreciate him telling me what I need done.because I am about to take a long trip out of town

I have a stock Corolla 2021 LE with 85000 miles on it. As ridiculous as it may sound, I thought it was a good idea to put it through its paces at Road Atlanta (in the rain as well). For an economic 4-door sedan the car is very fun to drive. It dances a little but it’s still forgiving when it’s warmed up. This car is perfect for safety and fun all in one. You’d have to really try to spin out or crash in this thing…..I have tried (not joking) and I’m not sure if it’s possible unless it’s icy and you’re going 80 miles an hour. As for normal driving, gas is great and reliability is what you expect for a Corolla, no maintenance cost except for a new battery after 4 years in a hot environment.
