Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.

Good driving car with many safety features. This is not a car for big people. The lady who is driving it loved the car and is excited about owning it and having it forany years.

We bought a 4 year old vehicle, which was in great condition but had an unexpected mechanical issue within the first few weeks. It ended up being a costly, substantial repair. Without any push back, Rudy Luther’s Toyota stood behind the warranty with integrity and great customer service. Everyone we dealt with was respectful and professional. They took what started as an issue that really concerned us and made it right! Even though we live 85 miles away from the dealership, we plan on buying our next vehicles from them. It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

They greet you with a smile every time!! They teach you about what they do, and they let you do the shopping! No pushy sales people, no pressure to buy, just a great time finding a car that satisfies what you're looking for!

It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased at Luther. Chad, my sales expert, helped me sort through the many cars that were in my sights. Once picked, the actual paperwork was a breeze. Zippyty-zap and we were done! I waived goodbye to our old car and drove away in our new CX-5, with a full tank of gas and a big grin on my face! You just can't go wrong at Luther Brookdale Mazda! This car has been excellent with all the safety features available. Purchasing it was also easy with the help of Paul at AutoNation Toyota in Corpus Christi, TX. Would recommend anyone looking for a car to go there.

.We bought our S model new in 2006 and still drive it weekly with 156,000 miles. I’ve done little more than regular maintenance and brake pads on it. The clear coat on the paint didn’t last long but this thing runs like an appliance. Great gas mileage and even better with a K&N air filter.

Purchased a new 2024 Toyota GR Corolla from Rudy Luther. This was a positive experience. I knew there was little chance to go slow MSRP on a new Circuit Edition, but the dealership did not ask for more than MSRP, and have me a fair price for my 2014 Prius. Good transaction.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

The basic Corolla is a terrific value. The 169 hp non hybrid offers plenty of power and 41 mpg highway. Narrow car fits in my old single car garage. Standard features aplenty satisfy my needs. Safety features a plus. Sportier performance than Car and Driver review gives it credit for. I suggest this lowest price Toyota model is a diamond in the rough. A lot of fun for a modest price.

Everything was great when they serviced my vehicle. However though after working with my drivers seat my dashboard and the inside drivers panel had heavy dust on them . So maybe in future could just make sure to wipe any dust away and marks on around area where working but otherwise very great it’s my first new new vehicle

This is my third Corolla. I thrashed the first one (1990) for 20 years after I bought it at three years old, and gave it to a family member at 200k. The second ('98) was given to me by a friend who had bought it for someone else who didn't pay for it. It was totaled at 178k miles, in nearly perfect condition. This one came from an estate of a fellow parishioner. He bought it in 2010. When he passed in 2022, it had 141k miles. After it sat for a year, I bought it. Although I've only put a few hundred miles on it, it impresses me with its solidity, pep, and crisp handling. Based on past experience, I expect to get at least another hundred thousand out of it. Based on my driving habits (>10k/year) and my age, it may be the last daily-driver I ever own. Interior is a bit cramped compared to the Sonata it replaces, but high quality and comfortable. The initial surge of acceleration is a little startling, but easily controllable with a light foot. Styling is nothing to write home about, but is acceptable. Paint is chipping on the hood and fading on the roof, but overall presents well from twenty feet. I would prefer the optional alloy wheels, but I may find a set over the years I expect to have with this car. The stock stereo was malfunctioning when I got it, but I upgraded to an aftermarket 2-DIN unit with rear-view camera. The stock six-speaker setup blends nicely with the new head unit. Neither the bodywork, or the undercarriage exhibit any signs of corrosion.

The staff was very nice; service was done well and super fast. I will recommend this dealership to others.
