New and used 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross XLE for sale near Singac, NJ

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

I had just gone through 3 terrible car shopping experiences with dealerships that employ the bait and switch tactic, were generally dishonest, and tried to push inventory that I had no interest in. Island Toyota was the polar opposite experience. No xx, no trickery, just straight shooters who made the buying experience enjoyable and trustworthy. The staff was incredibly professional. I also want to give a special mention to the General Manager, Travis. Don’t be afraid to ask him for what you want — he went above and beyond to make sure I got a really good deal and worked hard to meet me in the middle on everything. His professionalism and willingness to find solutions truly stood out. Overall, this was hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, I highly recommend asking for Goksel as your salesperson and connecting with Travis if you need that extra support to close the deal.
