Just bought my 4th car in 2 years from island Toyota! If you want a stress free buying experience this is the place to go. There’s no pressure from the salesperson, and everyone is super helpful. The best part is how there are absolutely no sneaky dealer fees. All you pay is the advertised price, $75 admin fee and whatever tax and registration fee. I just purchased my brand new Toyota Camry last week, and let me tell you what an experience! I did my research of dealerships because I've never had a Toyota and Star Toyota was one of the top listings. I submitted an internet inquiry via their website and was contacted within minutes by a woman named Nicolette who works in their internet sales department. She was personable, sweet, and very paitent with me being that I had alot of questions; I really wasen't sure what type of Camry I wanted. She made some great suggestions and also suggested the lease program they had this month. I wound up setting the appointment with her for the following day. When I came in and asked for her she came straight up to the front and greeted me and told me I'd be taken care of asap, and that I'd actually be working directly with her department manager Anthony Cruz. Mr. Cruz was wonderfully helpful and honest and made the whole experience a breeze and not at all a hassle for me. The whole staff there is really a great group, I plan on working with them again when my lease is up!

Sean was friendly, honest, and not pushy at all. I told him what i was looking for and he showed me availabilities in my price range, giving me the pros and cons of each. Never had a bad experience with this place. Must be the competitors leaving the bad reviews, shaking in their boots to the company whose cars and reputation are superior above others. Also, look at other website reviews of this dealership and you'll see they are rated highly. I would advise to do your own due diligence for the vehicle your looking for and your experience will be fun and productive.
