From the start, my salesman Goksel was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the entire experience stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, set up a test drive right away, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The signing process was lightning fast — paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new car. They even offered me drinks and snacks during the process, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel really valued as a customer. Just bought my 4th car in 2 years from island Toyota! If you want a stress free buying experience this is the place to go. There’s no pressure from the salesperson, and everyone is super helpful. The best part is how there are absolutely no sneaky dealer fees. All you pay is the advertised price, $75 admin fee and whatever tax and registration fee. Everyone is looking to just make your experience as easy as possible. My experience with the service department was similar. Just a very honest business Wuhoo

Reliable, trustworthy seamless buying experience.
