I traveled from out of state, so it required trust on my part that things would work out, and I was very pleased with the result. The car and details of the transaction were as promised, Lincoln had the paperwork all prepared, and Luke followed up quickly and efficiently. I saw the car on the web site. They had it, we just drove it and loved it. There was no negotiation from the price. So I Bought it. Everything was fine paperwork took a little longer than I thought.

First, Vivian was an exceptionally knowledgeable sales rep. She only showed us what we were wanting to see. Great listener. I dreaded going and have to say it was painless! She would spend as much or as little time as you wanted. She valued our time. Finance was equally respectful of our time. The dealership is very nice. The experience was good. The sales lady called me immediately and sent video of the truck since there were no pictures on line. I made the request Saturday night Amarie called me Monday morning I went in to view the truck and did a test drive on Tuesday and made the purchase.

Did not get the 2025, got a 2024... EVERYONE EVERYONE THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! NEVER LAUGHED SO HARD IN YEARS!

Pretty straight forward dealership got there for a car got out 5 hours later with the car ….besides the mechanic not knowing to much about the automatic high beams not working service was flawless

Traveling from out of state and had TPM light that would not go out even after inflating all my tires. I stopped by and had one of the best service experiences in all of my years driving Toyotas! Bob (and AJ) jumped right in - explaining to me that there is tire pressure monitoring on the full time spare and then instructing me on how to (best yet, showing me how to) lower the spare from the chain under the vehicle and then demonstrating how the jack and tools work - hopefully I will never need them but great that their customer care is such a high level to make sure I had the information. All of it with a smile and great interaction between the entire service crew. Great culture at East Madison Toyota! Thanks again for Wisconsinites helping this Minnesota guy ;-)

The service At Rivertown was spectacular. Arrived Was help almost immediately. Staff greeted with a smile, was very accommodating. Got me out in record time!

I came in for service to my 2022 4runner, met George Bonafede and began talking about the new 2025 4runner, he showed me the numbers where I could trade my 2022 and get a 2025 for less than I was paying for my 2022, I went for it, George was polite, professional and I never felt pressured, in the end I go a new 2025 4runner and the transition was made easy by Mr Patdo in financing, Mr Bonafede and Pardo gets a thumbs up for a great job.👍
