This was a very nice dealership with friendly and helpful staff. The salesman followed up with new regularly making sure I was still going for the vehicle. He had the vehicle ready and available for me to test drive. It was an easy purchase process. I greatly recommend using this dealership.

I recently financed a Toyota tacoma after a month of looking for a work truck. I wasn’t sure what truck I wanted. I just knew I was looking for a work truck. Everyone here was so helpful and kind. Jose Ortega showed me all the options they had and let me test drive them until I found the one! I was also looking for a affordable payment and they helped me get a monthly payment i am comfortable with. They even called my bank and made it possible to lower our monthly payment even more ! I will definitely be coming back to them soon for my sons first car.

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

David Trinh had going out of his way to coordinate, communicate and followup with me during my order/purchase of my 2025 Sienna XLE. He even help me to set up my car after I already took it out of the lot weeks later. That's what cuatomer service is all anout... Thanks David

I never leave reviews but I had the best experience. After having my car totaled in a car accident I came looking for a safe, reliable car for my children. The staff here made me feel heard and they didn’t try to take advantage of me. They were understanding and helped me with any and all questions and needs I had. The car is amazing. Keleko messaged me as soon as I put in my interest online and he took care of it of me the whole time. Definitely request him. Honest family type atmosphere. Thank you. I even convinced my mom to come back and get a new RAV4. 100% recommend.
