We had a great experience at Darcars in Frederick. We came in looking to buy a low mileage used car. We had a Toyota Camry in mind and Moe Makadji showed us precisely what we were looking for. Moe showed us several available options and clearly explained pros and cons of each one. Once we chose one, he made a respectful but pressure free sales pitch for the services he thought were necessary. It was evident to us he was endeavoring to find what worked best for us. The financial aspect of the deal was also handled with the same level of professionalism. Miss Kelly Shields was respectful and knowledgeable. Car is great so far except for a few things that are very disappointing. The defrost setting don’t stay on when remote starting the car. Dont know about AC yet The key fob remote range to start car is not good. Not happy with the Toyota app making me use a pass code to use my phone. Why not just a passcode to use the Toyota App.

Working with Ahmad Alquza and Faris was a great experience. They were super helpful and assisted from the moment I stepped in the door to completing the purchase, explaining every option in detail, including the drive test, car pickup, and follow-ups after car delivery.
