Was left staring out the window for almost a hour before able to see someone. The $'s they came up with (no additional add ons) were above the original sale price. Quickly corrected when pointed out to the finance person. Highly recommend - just pay attention in the finance department.

I didn't have to step foot in the dealership until I was ready to sign and drive away. I dont know my more dealership dont work this way. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with financial advice. Definitely the best experience I have had with a finance department. It was the weekend, so I didn’t get an opportunity to meet with anyone in the service department, but I assume the experience will be to the same high standard. Overall, I am very impressed with Toyota and this dealership.

I had a great experience at White River Toyota a well deserved 5 star rating! I worked with Sheldon and would highly recommend. I came from out of town to look at a 2025 Tundra. He was prepared, had answers to all our questions, and made the process smooth. I normally hate vehicle shopping but, this was a pleasant experience. I was out of there in minimal time. I’m also even more impressed that I negotiated some floor mats and they arrived within days to my front door! Fantastic customer service!!!!
