I will keep bringing out the superlatives, because I keep interacting with great people who care about doing what is best for each customer. Whether it is service needed for my cars or purchasing a new car, I can't ask for better than the great customer interaction that I keep receiving.

They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.

This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics. There was a slight glitch due to my misreading some info and Wesley rectified everything to my great satisfaction. Everyone else in the process was polite and helpful. Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.

While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. I wouldn't take my time to write this review, but after I saw the negative reviews I decided to share my opinion. I had a great experience at Herz and I always send anyone asking there. Today a friend of mine showed me the bad reviews on this website and asked me if I am sure that this is the place. I showed him great reviews that Hertz has on other websites and decided to write this one.We purchased 2017 Altima and they even called us when they received the second key. THere was no presure for getting warranty, etc and we got a great rate. You should go and check for yourself.
