This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

Luis Quiero was very attentive and was not aggressive. He was genuinely interested in knowing about our needs for a new vehicle. He was very respectful and accommodating. The sales manager, Jayson, and the finance manager who handled our purchase were equally respectful and accommodating. Not only were they professional, but they continue in the Paragon Honda's tradition of treating every customer like family. After leasing a 2026 Odyssey EX-L, we ended up referring my wife's cousin to Luis. They ended up trading in their Subaru for a 2026 Odyssey Sport. They were also impressed with the level of service, attention, and care that they received. Paragon Honda gained a new customer in them.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

This is my first SUV purchase (I've always driven a small sedan). Our dealer suggested the Grand Highlander after hearing about what we were looking for in our next vehicle. I love it! It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.

Funniest moment: I came looking for used cars under $20k, and the manager jokingly asked, “Do you really need under 20, or just scared of bigger numbers?” Ended up finding a slightly pricier but genuinely good car, no surprises. You can tell they’re real people.

We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Massapequa, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Despite arriving close to closing time, we were never rushed, and they both took their time with us like we were their only customers. We’re beyond happy with our purchase and the overall experience. Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.

Millennium Toyota was a fine experience through and through. The dealers that I worked with were truly working WITH us as opposed to against us. My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Anthony and the rest of the service team and parts department are very nice ., not like the terrible service staff in Paramus who only treat you well if you have recently purchased the latest and greatest there, even though I have purchased 5 vehicles from Paramus dealership in the past 30 years. And, even though I live right by Paramus Prestige Land Rover, I rather drive over a ½ hour to go to Parsippany.

Had my car serviced at Westbury Toyota earlier this week and it was fabulous. Mike is an awesome guy, he had me in & out in about an hour.
