Also, I thought I had left my laptop bag in the loaner car and both Austin and Jordan both went and checked for me and Jordan even checked the security cams to verify if I had left it at the dealer. I am super pleased, I have this car. It makes me super excited and just gives me the feel of being wealthy and grand like my GrandHighlander. It gives me peace of mind when am driving it, no matter the climatic conditions. I drove it during the enormous snow that happened in 2024 in Maryland and it was just marvelous. I got it brand new and has put nearly 15k mileage on it yet it still feels brand new. Though there’s been some recalls on it, which has been fixed by Toyota free of charge but I’ve never had any issues driving it. It’s a great upgrade from the previous sedan car I had. It is truly an amazing luxury car without the luxury price. I wholeheartedly recommend this car. I particularly liked the fact that it is roomy and has cargo room too while being a beautiful SUV with the strength of a Truck.

The process was pretty smooth. I also really like the option to return the car within 5 days and the 30 day warranty. All in all, they treat you right and take the worry out of buying a used car! I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

This is my first SUV purchase (I've always driven a small sedan). Our dealer suggested the Grand Highlander after hearing about what we were looking for in our next vehicle. I love it! It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.

I visited the AutoNation Toyota website for the Arapahoe location. I found a used RAV4 that matched what I was looking for in a car and was also in my budget. I submitted a request to take a look at the vehicle, and shortly after I was contacted by the salesman Joshua, he asked me about my interest in the car and if I wanted to set up to test drive it. I set up an appointment and went in a few days later. I met with Joshua, and I test drove the car and loved it. Joshua was very informative and patient with me as a first time car buyer. Once I was committed to buying the car, Joshua set me up to meet with the financial advisor at Toyota, I walked in originally financed through a credit union I had used in the past, but after speaking to the financial advisor at Toyota, I changed my mind, and I financed through you, you offered a better rate, and also some wonderful warranties were included in that as well. The entire process from beginning to end felt not pressured, and that?s what I was afraid of going into this as someone who had never bought a car on my own before. My husband and I talked about the great experience we had, and we know this will be our place to go for cars in the future not only buying, but for general maintenance and repairs as well.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!
