Used Toyota Grand Highlander for sale near Waltham, MA under $99,994

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

This is my first SUV purchase (I've always driven a small sedan). Our dealer suggested the Grand Highlander after hearing about what we were looking for in our next vehicle. I love it! It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

Clyde has always been honest, easy to work with and thorough with all the follow up details. I bought my first new car from him after shopping all the local Toyota dealerships and he was the only salesman I found to be professional and straightforward. My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years.
