I drove from PENACOOK concord line down to Ira Toyota in Manchester nh. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, he asked me if I preferred to work with a specific advisor. I replied yes Mike Rivera. After waiting for what seemed like a couple seconds Mr,!rivera approached me and greeted me with a smile and a good morning. He conducted his routine and let me know it will be an hour and half until My car was finished. I told him thank you and let him know I?m in no rush. He said I can wait up in the showroom so off I went very appreciatively. After getting weather update form my wife a snow storm would start in around an hour I let Mr. Rivera know. He then texted me and said he?ll do his best to have me home before storm. Approximately after waiting 15!minutes Mr. Rivera approached me and said he?ll have me on the road in 15!minutes. He held true to his word. I was all set. I paid my bill and headed home. But before leaving I told all desk associates to have a nice Christmas and they all replied you as well. The customer service I received was next level. The best experience I?ve ever had at Ira or any other dealership! The management at Ira in Manchester nh should be proud and elated that the associates are well prepared knowledgeable and best of all people friendly I plan to upgrade my Corolla next year and absolutely plan to do it with Ira where I bought my Corolla. I just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Freeman Toyota and every person at the dealership I dealt with was helpful, friendly and patient with my many questions and concerns, especially Manny Flores. He communicated clearly by text and phone, making sure that I had all of the information I needed to decide whether it would likely be worthwhile for me to drive for an hour to the dealership. If he didn't know the answer to the question I asked, he found out and let me know as quickly as possible. He even came into the dealership on what was supposed to be his day off to help facilitate my purchase of the truck. When the truck was fully detailed the following day, he also went above and beyond to deliver the truck to me at a time and place that was most convenient for me. After more than a month of dealing with used car salesmen at other dealerships who repeatedly misrepresented the vehicles they were selling, it was so refreshing to interact with Manny and others at Freeman Toyota. They were honest, direct, and easy going. And they liked my dog and didn't complain when she took a test drive with me! I recently bought a beautiful RAV4 xle. I am enjoying everything about it. Racquel Kerr was my excellent sales agent. She has a very warm and comforting personality. She knows every nook and cranny and detail about Park Toyota vehicles. She explained every part of my car in detailed and simple terms. The night before I picked my RAV4 up, I was so nervous because of driving a car unfamiliar to me. Because Racquel is so conscientious, she completely erased all my fears. Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!

I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. Rose was very friendly, attentive, and patient with me. She really goes above and beyond. I was also very impressed with Chris. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with financial advice. Definitely the best experience I have had with a finance department. It was the weekend, so I didn’t get an opportunity to meet with anyone in the service department, but I assume the experience will be to the same high standard. Overall, I am very impressed with Toyota and this dealership.
