PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) Gloucester Toyota is where I bring both our Avalon and Highlander for maintenance. I am confident in their workmanship. Their staff is professional, congenial and efficient. We live in Heathsville and it's a bit of a trek to take our vehicles there. I would not do the trek unless I had a pleasant experience every time. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to have a good relationship with a shop. I would easily consider purchasing a vehicle from them when it's time for another reliable vehicle.
