I had to give up the the 2024 Toyota Avalon that I loved when the brakes failed completely. I was offered 3 choices at Ira Toyota and chose a BMW mini Cooper. It?s not new but acts like it is. I love the car. It has all kinds of updated features that I am enjoying. A great car to drive.

Jose did an awesome job making sure I felt super confident while driving the vehicles also he was very patient I drove 3 cars before I made my final decision, finally Jose was able to help me pick out the exact vehicle and trim. I bought a '17 Toyota Tacoma from Brian Olson back in November. In the past I have always had awful experiences with car dealers and sales people. They had taken advantage of my fiance and I , talking about prices and payments before we even saw the car physically. Then we had gone to route 44 Toyota and dealt with Brian. First thing he did was show us our options before talking about money. He took us on a test drive and was just all around awesome and informative. I trusted what he was telling us. He was amazing and I will never buy another car from anyone else. We left the lot feeling good about our decision. Rather than line his pockets with commission he got us the best possible deal. He truly cares about the customer and what works for them and not himself. I would definitely recommend Brian Olson at route 44 Toyota to anyone that's looking to get into a new/used car. Absolutely amazing. Definitely didn't disappoint.

Emma proved that you don't have to solve the problem to provide an incredible experience. While it is frustrating, you can't get around the fact that cars breakdown. Her ability to engage and communicate the entirety of the problem, along with possible next steps made it an otherwise painless experience.

Very nice and professional people and a nice lobby to stay at and wait. Got to look at some cars on the show room while waiting for the oil change to be done very nice place.
