Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. Earlier in the summer my car was broken into and they stole the key to my lug nuts. I felt insecure after that, thinking the thieves would come back for the tires, so I went to this dealership and had them replace them. Erwin, in sales, was friendly and efficient and he changed all the lug nuts for me, right there on the spot. I didn't have to wait at all. Jose Arellano, in service was also very knowledgeable and helpful in replacing my key, which had also been lost. This was a stressful time for me, since I felt afraid my car would get broken into again but the service Jose provided helped a lot, since he kept me posted on the status of my key and also helping to get me back in the shop asap so it could be taken care of quickly. I've had a few questions regarding my C300 since then and he is always willing to help me and answer my questions. In the past, I have also gone to Mercedes of Stevens Creek and the service there was not as memorable. Great job to the Mercedes of San Jose team! Your courteous and helpful customer service is highly appreciated and will definitely keep me going to this location versus any other for all my Benz's needs.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

I waited months, purposely, before writing this review. When I initially bought the car, I was scared because the reviews made it seem as if I made the worst mistake of my life. 6 months, 7000 miles later, the car running great. In the beginning, there was the weird shifting and lag but as time went on, around 5000 miles it had mostly smoothed out. After I took it for the TSB/Recall for a software update, it has been running perfectly since, no lag or strange shifting at all. I haven’t had any trouble otherwise. It’s roomy and comfortable for long trips. The third row is really for short trips(no more than 1hr 1/2) and for people 5’8 and under. The MPG excels on the highway especially on ECO mode with cruise control. I’ve gotten it as high as 33/34 mpg at 70mph on relatively flat land. In the city, it does terrible. I average around 17-19 even with slowly accelerations. My DTE is 290-310miles, 95% City driving. I’m sure those who use it on the highway will reach much higher. Despite the new 4 Cylinder Turbo, it has quite a bit of power and was able to take off very fast with a car loaded with adults (even in the third row). As of right now, the engine has been nothing but reliable. If anything changes, I’ll surely come back and edit this review. But for now, this 23 Highlander Limited Non-Hybrid, is a fantastic mid-size SUV and I recommend it now with the software update taking care of the shifting problem.

I came here 3 times to get and help my peoples to get a new car. All 3 times I’ve had Ahmed help me and all 3 times he never failed to help me walk out of here with a brand new car. He is the best, I have no doubt in that. All staff were great and helpful. By far the best car dealership in California.

My 2022 Highlander is a great car. It is very roomy and comfortable with a lot of safety features. The back seat is very comfortable

I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

We own a 2.4 Turbo XSE, has plenty of power to get you in and out of traffic. Just took a 10 hour road trip from NC through the mountains of VA & WV, performed like a champ up steep inclines and ride was very comfortable. We really like the captain chairs, easy to get passengers (inlaws) in and out. Had plenty of room for a wheelchair with 3rd row folded down. Really like the sporty look of Highlander. The 20" black rims compliment the look for me. I wish Toyota would've designed with dual exhaust to better enhance the design.

Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

We were looking for a new vehicle and decided to take a look at what was available. Found a certified used car that if I hadn’t been told that it was a 2017, I would have thought that it was new. Richard was awesome. No pressure, showed us a number of new and used vehicles and was very personable and easy to work with. We showed up late in the evening and Richard, Jeff and Marcos hung out with us after closing to get the deal done and out the door that night with our new (used) Highlander. Great service. Definitely recommend anyone looking to buy either a new or used vehicle to check out Toyota of Santa Cruz for sure.

Have had 2 Toyota Rav Limiteds and they were great. Decided to go with something a little bigger this time so got a preowned 2023 Highlander Limited. Love the ride, quieter than the Rav 4 and definitely more room. It’s only 3 inches wider, but 10 inches longer. Seems like the front area is quite a bit bigger than the Rav. Great purchase!

The car I had identified online was the first they showed us, and we bought it at the advertised price. Very friendly. Then there was a lot of waiting and paperwork before we were turned over to Finance, where the forms to initial came fast and furious. All turned out ok.

Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.

I was bogging in my moms car and offroading mudholes and all it was going fine till it hydro planed into a tree either than that amazing I would look into that though

My experience at the SC Toyota service department was as smooth and painless as I could hope. I was in and out very quickly and was provided a ride home while my truck was being serviced. I was also updated while the vehicle was being worked on.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

What began as a regular day in which you try to find a car that meets expectations of not being expensive, being efficient and looking good, it seemed that it would be just another visit to another dealership, but despite being a little late and being a cold day, we decided to stop to visit the last opportunity of the day. To my surprise, I met a very kind person who not only had the intention of selling, she was interested in listening and show me options without pressing for a sale, within the indecision I had between looking for something cheap and good value she walked with me and showed me different options until I could find the best, really nice attitude and eager to answer my questions, once we walked in the office to look at numbers, her professionalism and respect was very impressive, she make us feel comfortable during negotiation, I honestly hope that if you find yourself in the position were I was, when you know that you need a good car and you find difficult to find a friendly warming person who walks with you on a bad weather evening (super cold) making you feel that you have being listened and advise you on the best way possible to find no just a car on sale, explains you what’s the benefits of your purchase and goes beyond to helps you to find the best payment options… Thank you Eden!! you are a wonderful person, along with your team, you guys deserve an excellent recognizement!

We looked at several SUVs while shopping around and kept coming back to the Highlander. It is a Highlander Limited AWD Platinum Edition. We could not be more pleased with this vehicle
