I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Our experience at Import Exchange in Monkena, IL, was excellent. We found a car that we liked but noticed a couple of cosmetic issues with the bumper. Mike at Import Exchange jumped right in and fixed the defects in a timely and well-done manner. They also worked with us on the price. I would definitely recommend the folks at Import Exchange Inc.

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

I have had this car since 2013. I have a feeling it is going to last me a long time. The only thing I don't like about it is the spare being underneath the car where I cannot get to it to check the air or put air in it. I would rather have the spare inside somewhere.

I recently purchased a 2022 Infinity from Baha Auto sales. I saw the car on a few website and made an appointment to go and check it out. While I was there in the waiting area a man and his family were waiting for their keys to their new car. We started talking and he He told me this was his 7th car from Baha. He has been buying since he was 18 and now he and was buying for his wife. He said they have always treated him well and that they were good people . was very impressed because most of the time people complain and there is typically no loyalty. I had my appointment with Aymen and he was very nice, not pushy. He was extremely knowlegeble and kept his word . I really appreciate him looking out for me. It was an excellent experience with everyone there easy with financing. They have a lot of nice pre-owned cars for everyone. I plan to pass on Aymen name to friends looking for a car. It was a really good Experience and I dont usually write reviews. I will definitely buy from them again. When I am ready for my next car.

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. Zach and his team went above and beyond when my parents purchased their car several years ago. They seldom drive these days so when Dad was not able to start the car recently even after trying to charge the battery, we reached out to Zach. Based on our conversation he took the initiative to order a new battery in case it was needed. We scheduled a time for him to come to the house and take a closer look. It turned out, they needed a battery. Zach installed the new one on the spot. In less than 30 minutes it was all resolved. Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

Overall very good and reliable vehicle for the money. Not the most comfortable, stylish, or best on fuel but for the price i dont think you can find better

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

Best reliable car around Toyota Highlander 2019. Great all road trips. Spaces and plenty of room for everyone. Bars inside seat for car seats to connect to keep baby safe. I have bought 3 Highlanders and loved everyone.

We have owned our Highlander since about 42K miles, it now has 136k. The car has been wonderfully reliable and the batteries (now 16 years old) seem to still be working quite well. We get about 25mpg, maybe one or two less than when we first got it. While maybe not sexy, the first-gen Highlander Hybrid is a super well-engineered car. Our years in this tight, quiet, comfortable, spacious vehicle have been great. Biggest problem is we can't find a modern car we like enough to replace it!
