I bought a car yesterday from Topline Automotive and I am very happy with it! My experience with Topline and their staff has been top notch from the beginning. I had been looking to buy a used BMW for 5 years now, and due to unforeseen circumstances I was looking to buy one within the month. I did my research and did my numbers, and found 3 really good deals. I checked out the other cars and dealers in Orange County and had my friend also run numbers on her end. I expressed interest in the car I found at Topline and called to see when I could check it out. The manager/director, Ethan Lam, helped me from start to finish. He was great! Not pushy or aggressive, very communicative, and super helpful. I filled out the online application they have on their website for financing and he found me such an awesome deal/rate, it was unbelievable. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with his efforts! The quality of the cars that Topline has is impressive. The car I ended up buying looked really clean and well-maintained. There are extensive photos for every one of their vehicles available online, so there were no surprises. They have an extremely nice selection of used luxury cars that have been well-maintained and look brand new. The car I chose runs beautifully and was such a good deal, it still feels unreal! I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. I highly recommend both the highlander and Alton Toyota dealership!

Just bought a RARE 2008 Lincoln Navigator L Limited with only 130k miles. The buying experience was the easiest, quickest car buying experience ever. Cornell was fair priced and there was zero pressure! I had a 2007 Nav for 15 years prior and had been searching for years for another Lincoln with lower miles. So glad I found it here, a couple days after buying the car it had a totally normal hose issue where a plastic piece (manufacturer decent) broke and for fear of it overheating, Cornell had it towed to his mechanic and repaired at no charge to me - ABOVE & BEYOND service, truly the best experience during what would be a normally stressful event - Cornell took care of it fast and with kindness! Wonderful car for families, senior citizens, campers just ever one. Easy to get. in and out off, lots of leg room, ample cup holders, and storage compartments everywhere. Seats fold flat for cargo and large luggage rack. No blind spots.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

Just bought a 2005 F150 Lariat from here and it was great experience. Arman was great to work with. No hard, pushy sales. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Better yet, he worked with me on the price of the truck so that it was were I needed it to be to fit my budget. When I had a problem with a sloppy shifter, I brought it back and he fixed it quickly and at no cost to me. Even better still, he also fixed a few other things that I never even asked him to fix! Buying a used car is a gamble no matter where you go. It's nice to know there are dealers like this one out there.

Dealer incentives and Ford's incentives made shopping here a better choice. To get the deal I needed. Prices were a bit better than other dealers.

Called to verify that the car was in their inventory. They responded kindly and told me that it was available and that I could give it a test drive if I pleased. Went and drove the car and liked it very much. The financing was very easy and fast. And they don't try to up sell anything else. I didn't feel nervous doing business with them and made sure that I was taken cared of. I would love to come back and do business again with Abraham and the boss.

I bought this car new in 2008. I have nothing bad to say except the paint start flaking after about 5 years. I should have taken to dealer over paint issue. My car only has 65,000 miles and paint is completely gone. I am in the process of a new paint job. Seems my issue was the clear coat in the paint. I have owned 6 other Toyotas, all bought new. This is only 1 with this issue!

Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

I had purchased a vehicle from Arman. He was the most honest and straightforward sales person I have ever dealt with. They had lots of great 4WD vehicles and I got a great deal on a hard to find 4WD 4Runner. Extremely clean, they provided the Carfax and allowed me to have the vehicle inspected at a Toyota Dealership. Everything checked out perfectly and I got great financing as well. 2.9% on a 04! I was extremely satisfied!

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

It's been an awesome car so far. I've only owned it 6 months now, but in that time there has been nothing wrong with her at all. I had thought there was a leaking power steering boot when I first bought it (third owner), but upon taking apart the power steering system I found it was only the reservoir. Otherwise, very reliable car, with great passing power. Gas mileage could be better, but with the way I accelerate I get about 20mpg city with the 3.3l V6. Only 155k miles so she's still a baby. This car is pretty much peak Toyota. It's decent looking on the outside, but nothing to stare at. Inside it's comfy with the cloth seats but not a luxury car. It's quick enough, but could never be a sports car with the throttle response. It also has the unfortunate trend of Toyota's engines with more than 4 cylinders being unreasonably thirsty. It's bland in almost every way, but it will live forever.

Luxurious is how I would describe this car! Smooth ride, efficient and a great looking vehicle! It has plenty of room and pretty cool features as well. I live this car and highly recommend it!
