Used Toyota Highlander for sale near Owenton, KY under $40,000

My husband and I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota RAV4 through Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota, with Bob Snow. We have absolutely nothing but incredible things to say about our experience at this dealership, and more importantly, with Bob in specific. He was beyond patient and willing to do anything he could to get us the best deal, and make sure we got everything we wanted in the car. When we decided to purchase the car, Bob came back in on his day off and took his time explaining the interior features, and let us have another test drive, all on his day off. We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

We bought a brand new Venza 2 years ago. The purchase was good & zero problem with service. Do not fall for the scam with Marshall care. It’s not worth $3000. You have to go through sales to schedule and appointment, then service to get oil changed. And to make it even more of a hassle, the CUSTOMER has to do the coordination of the two. These two services don’t communicate with each other! Each time we have used it, It’s 3 plus hours ordeal, not to mention the time they “forgot” to detail it… or the the time they neglected to clean the interior… or the time the head guy was contacted… If you live close & can drop it off for the day it maybe beneficial. We could have bought a lifetime’s worth of cleaning at a fancy car wash & been in and out faster and with more reliable service.

Luxurious is how I would describe this car! Smooth ride, efficient and a great looking vehicle! It has plenty of room and pretty cool features as well. I live this car and highly recommend it!

They are in Kentucky and we are in Oregon and a car on their cars.com list was exactly what we had looked for for a long time because there are so few of them. All our questions were answered in a timely way and they did not sell it to others while we negotiated for it. They helped us find a shipper and took pictures of it before it left. It arrived here in perfect condtion and was everything that we asked for. They even overnighted the temporary license that the car needed to be driven here. They were an outstanding dealership to deal with and we are so happy with this "new" car all the way from KY to OR!

We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.
