I just picked up my new Toyota Corolla today. Since my salesman had recently retired (congratulations, Jim)… we were met by yet another outstanding salesperson, Tom Cole. Tom went over every detail of the car and its many wonderful features. He has made himself available for any new questions I may have in the near future. Every step of the buying process was extremely easy. I had been on a wait list for three months, and it was well worth the wait. I love my new car.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

I went to Nye to try and lease a new vehicle and return our current lease! Me and my wife were looking to test drive a Toyota Rav4 because we heard great things about them and we weren't disappointed. We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

I brought my Lexus SUV in for service since it was having electrical problems and AAA towed it to Den Kelly for repairs. I must say that the service rep, Will went above and beyond to find the problem. Because it was not a Chevy, he called Lexus service to help understand the problem. After a lot of diagnostic work, They concluded that it was probably the battery and not the car's computer as originally thought. Will even returned my battery to an auto supply store in the area to exchange it (it was still under warranty) at no extra charge! He only charged me for the labor to put the battery. Very honest people who did what was best for the customer. Highly recommended!

Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander
