Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

Our 2011 Lexus RX 350 vehicle served us well for 13 years and over 284,000 mile's, a truly fantastic vehicle but was getting tired and so we decided it was time to buy a new one. Not having purchased a car in 13 years and a trip to Lexus Dealers yielded today’s shocking prices we were not prepared to accept. We then began searching for a lightly used Lexus and contacted Nodine Motors in Inman SC who had an extensive inventory of used Lexus vehicles. Angela Nodine answered my phone call and said she had just received a 2014 Lexus RX350 that was in excellent condition, the color and features were exactly what we wanted. Long story short, we met the next day, checked out the vehicle, was in impeccable condition and purchased at much less than half the price of new. The entire process was very smooth, the staff very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with in all aspects. Plus the opportunity to meet Angela’s black Schnauzer dog who presides over the premises added another touch of joy to our buying experience. Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

Great experience. The sales woman was down to earth and very helpful. Sales mgr and Finance were easy to work with as well.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.
