Used 2016 Toyota Highlander Hybrid for sale near Pittsburgh, PA

I scheduled an oil change for 940 AM. I was 10 mins late and it was very busy. Waited 40 more minutes to be checked in. Service advisor and staff did keep me posted on delay. I returned at 4pm and car was not yet started and there was some confusion locating it. I waited another hour for it to be completed. Service advisor Justin was honest and apologetic and comped my oil change due to the excessive wait time. I appreciated the honesty and why I am rating so highly and I will be back.

Perfect for our family with better mileage Than our previous Lexus GX470, no mechanical issues after 75k, i would say up to my previous owned Lexus in term of reliability.

My initial visit to Waldorf TOYOTA was for a recall. I made an appointment and arrived promptly. Upon arrival, I was given a 20-mile checkup and a fix for a minor issue. I was also contacted regarding the status of my vehicle. Later, I was informed that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Overall, my experience at Waldorf TOYOTA was great. I have no complaints about the atmosphere or the politeness of the staff. The coffee was also excellent, thanks to Waldorf TOYOTA.

great car all in all, however long trips the seats are NOT comfortable at all. It is designed for people with a flat butt. The gas mileage is not good in the summer with the AC on

My customer service agent Steve Robles did an amazing job explaining the warranty process, kept me up to date on what was going on. I left Legacy Ford because of poor customer service.

This car is a true family car, not a mini van. Love this suv, seats 7. Middle seats are captain seats so 2 different ways to access third row. One of my favorite sub, plus who doesn't love a toyota

Excellent Sales Person - Roberta Billings. Poor service from the the Finance Dept.. Would not accept my check. Took almost two hours in office. Paperwork had wrong address. Price changing on add-on services. New finance person. Had to leave often to get help. He should have had a knowledgeable person with him. Dee was great! We got a beautiful truck. It was making a noise so he quickly got the rear shocks replaced and made sure the bed was adjusted the same day, and gave us a discount. Very nice dealership, no baloney, very honest and very pleasant experience. We LOVE our truck!!!

Simple, no haggle. Car was clean, actually had new tires on it which was a total surprise. Financing took until the next day, but not the dealership's fault.
