What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

Great used cars with low miles..... My daughter bought a used rav4 and KEVIN was great as well as Dave. I would definitely recommend Wellesley Toyota and buy a 2 year old and let someone else pay for depretiation .....lol

2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.

I took my daughter to Toyota of Braintree to check out Toyota Camry's. This was her first time looking to purchase a car. We ran into salesman Gerry Gorham who could not have been more helpful. We were just there to browse, however, we walked away in one hour with the purchase of a new SE Camry that exceeded our expectations. Own a 2014. Best bang for your buck for a 8 seater. I'm at 200k miles with just the usual oil changes and tires when needed. Only 1 downside to these cars are the markups from dealerships.

Bought a 2023 Highlander Hybrid, Limited. My first Toyota. Ride comfort is good, mileage is fantastic (35-38). Two things disappoint me. First, the wind noise...pretty bad. I’m hesitant to have the dealer touch it because they say nobody has complained about. If you search online, it is a known problem (the noise is TERRIBLE compared to my XT5). Secondly, the car seems chintzy. The exterior metal is tinny...again, compared to my XT5...just not nearly as solid. I would buy it again...I think Hybrids are the way to go. I’m just surprised how chintzy the car seems. I suppose the lack of insulation , etc is the trade off for the great mileage

High end facilities and excellent client service. Loved the over communicating with the annual maintenance and the video from the technician. David was the person helping us and it he was great. He also wore a mask for us.

Highlander Hybrid is what I went to buy in May 2025. I now have 7,000 miles on it, both a 1800 mile highway trip plus lots of driving in my area. I am pleased with my purchase and with Toyota of Plano.

I have driven this car for about a month now and am very pleased with the performance and handling. The seating is quite comfortable with plenty of leg room in the front and center row seats however, the third row does not have much leg room. Both the center and third row seats fold down easily to provide ample cargo space if needed. All the safety features are amazing and work as intended, I especially enjoy the backup camera system with its blind spot warning system. Comes in handy in those parking lots where cars and people can appear from anywhere. Fuel mileage depending on driving habits and conditions is fantastic. I have only added seven gallons of gas in my first month of driving. I cannot properly rate reliability as I have not owned the car long enough to make an accurate assessment. But taking into consideration the manufacturer's different warranties that come standard with the car I am betting that if properly maintained it is very reliable.

I love this car. I have 200,000 miles on it and it runs like the day I bought it. Other than normal maintenance I have had no problems. I have not had to put brakes on this car yet and I just had it inspected.

My wife had a smaller all wheel drive car from another company that drove me nuts trying to do the driving for me. It was a total hassle to turn it off every time you restarted the vehicle and I complained every time I drove it. Now with the highlander every time I drive it I comment how much I like it. Even considering a second one for my company car. By the way this is our first hybrid vehicle.

This 2024 HybridHighlander car has hit all the check marks: comfortable, easy to use instrument layout and technology, 35-36 mpg, impressive power for a small 4 cylinder motor. I am very pleased with this car at the 1000 mile mark. I think the price is a little high, but very satisfied.

We got the vehicle indecency. 28, 2023. We hit 1000 miles and so far so good. We wanted a bench seat and have bought the XLE. It came with the XP package. I am disappointed that it doesn’t have heated steering wheel and 360 degree camera, but I can live w/o it.

Great experience with the Toyota service department. friendly, professional, and quick. They explained everything clearly and took great care of my car. Highly recommend!

The trim package is XLE. This car replaced another XLE Hybrid model which did not have AWD. We mainly drive between Nebraska and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The AWD on this vehicle is great and kicks in without you even noticing it. The fuel mileage in the beginning was not great (29-32) due to trips made in the winter. Have not made a trip lately, but our current mileage is 42 with mostly hybrid type city driving (slow acceleration and coasting stops). There is an engine noise when accelerating which we did not have in our other hybrid, but our other vehicle is a truck, so it does not bother us. However, the generated noise while in reverse on only the electric engine is loud & annoying. One complaint is that the XLE trim is not standardized across Toyota models or within a model.

Seats are not as comfortable as we expected, especially for long trips. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations. Love the three row seating, quiet ride, very good gas mileage for a mid-sized suv...
