Beautiful ride, inside and out. Great features, insanely good gas mileage, no complaints! I absolutely love the blueprint color, and the roominess with three kids- I love the three rows!

Recently bought a Mazda CX5 Grand Touring here. The Salesman, Bob Burger is simply awesome. The car was cleaner than the dozen we looked at, and the 1/2 dozen we test drove in the past month. The trim package is XLE. This car replaced another XLE Hybrid model which did not have AWD. We mainly drive between Nebraska and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The AWD on this vehicle is great and kicks in without you even noticing it. The fuel mileage in the beginning was not great (29-32) due to trips made in the winter. Have not made a trip lately, but our current mileage is 42 with mostly hybrid type city driving (slow acceleration and coasting stops). There is an engine noise when accelerating which we did not have in our other hybrid, but our other vehicle is a truck, so it does not bother us. However, the generated noise while in reverse on only the electric engine is loud & annoying. One complaint is that the XLE trim is not standardized across Toyota models or within a model.

He did not push me away when I had challenging thoughts or ideas, however we worked together and I came out with a great new car. I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

Al Hussain is a great salesman. He listened to the description of the car that I wanted and delivered it promptly. Al Hussain along with his team of professionals provided me with step-by-step instructions about how the hybrid vehicles work as well as explaining the excellent gas mileage that I will obtain with the hybrid vs the conventional gas vehicle. While it is important for the environment to drive a hybrid vehicle it is also great to save money on fuel. Thank you Al and the Heiser Toyota team!

Former Toyota Sequoia owner with 250k, and still running. This 2024 HybridHighlander car has hit all the check marks: comfortable, easy to use instrument layout and technology, 35-36 mpg, impressive power for a small 4 cylinder motor. I am very pleased with this car at the 1000 mile mark. I think the price is a little high, but very satisfied.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

We got the vehicle indecency. 28, 2023. We hit 1000 miles and so far so good. We wanted a bench seat and have bought the XLE. It came with the XP package. I am disappointed that it doesn’t have heated steering wheel and 360 degree camera, but I can live w/o it.

I purchased the hybrid Toyota Highlander XLE. This is our second highlander. The product is rock solid, reliable, comfortable, and gets 35 mpg in the city and on the highway. Love it.

I purchased this vehicle in 2018 after my 2006 Tundra was considered totaled. The vehicle had 62K on the odometer; one owner. During the time since, I am at 200,000-mile mark and this, by FAR has been the most reliable and efficient vehicle ever owned. Routine maintenance is all it has ever needed. Original hybrid battery and she still purrs like a kitten. This SUV has traveled to 3 states outside of Texas (home state) without a hiccup. Roomy inside with an elegant feel. I went with the limited trim line; love the leather seats and heated seats for the ONE OR TWO DAYS I have to use them. The power moonroof is equally enjoyable; never a leak in 7 years of ownership. Do yourself a favor and, if you can fine one an owner is willing to part with, grab it! You can't go wrong with this one!

My wife had a smaller all wheel drive car from another company that drove me nuts trying to do the driving for me. It was a total hassle to turn it off every time you restarted the vehicle and I complained every time I drove it. Now with the highlander every time I drive it I comment how much I like it. Even considering a second one for my company car. By the way this is our first hybrid vehicle.

2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.

We are from the Fox Valley and have purchased a few vehicles from Wilde in the past and are willing to take the drive because of the excellent experience we receive and this time was no different. Paul Basile met us as soon as we got out of our vehicle (it was Labor day weekend so it was crazy busy) and we are glad he chose us. He was extremely knowledgable on the Ridgelines which was exactly what we came for. He didn’t waste our time, gave us options and got us test driving quickly. We found ‘the one’ that was right for us. Paul made sure we had everything we needed and was great to chat with while waiting for finance to do their thing. I highly recommend working with Paul!

I've been waiting for years to find a car to replace my 2006 4Runner. I finally gave up on seeing a 4Runner redesign and decided I wanted something that was better for the environment. The Highlander hits the sweet spot for me. I've averaged 33 mpg overall since getting the car in late April. I saw an improvement in mpg once Summer gas became available. My best trip mpg has been 40 when driving from the Portland OR area to the coast. If you can keep speed in to 50 - 60 range, this car gets amazing mileage. I've been amazed at how often the gas engine is shut off and the car runs in EV mode. The transition is pretty seamless too. Disappointments: 1) My biggest gripe is that in order to switch the air flow to recirculating mode, you have to access a setting in a menu. I use this often when encountering dust or smoke, and it's much harder to switch via a menu than it would be with a mechanical switch. From the pictures I've seen, it appears that the 2023 model has resolved this issue. 2) The wireless phone charger is worthless. I'm lucky if my phone doesn't lose charge while on that charger! 3) My platinum model did NOT come with the digital rearview mirror. I really wanted this, but not sure how much I would use it as I wear glasses and the focal distance to the digital image is a bit too close unless I tilt my head back. 4) There are a lot of little rattles on rough roads... more than my 2006 4Runner had after 178k miles! 5) I'd like to be able to force the AWD system to be on under certain conditions. I barely made it to my friend's cabin due to the front wheels spinning in mud. 6) When the battery isn't fully charged and you downshift to slow down, the regenerative braking system should kick in but instead the engine is engaged. Overall I'm very happy with this car, but it could be better with some small changed. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could.

I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

Highlander Hybrid is what I went to buy in May 2025. I now have 7,000 miles on it, both a 1800 mile highway trip plus lots of driving in my area. I am pleased with my purchase and with Toyota of Plano.

I am so glad we were able to find the hybrid Highlander in the platinum trim. It is beautiful inside and thought out better than the Lexus 450H. The only issue I have is that I wish it had retractable running boards.

While we were not able to make a deal, I was amazed at Nick’s knowledge of Lincoln’ Towncars as old the ‘91 Towncar. Practically everything he told me about these vehicles was true, like converting from single to dual exhaust on these. He said they’re very easy to do. At first I figured Nick was just trying to salvage a sale after I told him I really wanted the dual exhaust option from the factory. But then when I went to some forums to look, they all said to just swap out the Y pipe for an H pipe and go from there. It took someone who has some knowledge to know all that. That impressed me and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick used to be a mechanic. Perhaps a deal can be reached in the future, but for now I was impressed to leave a review even though I didn’t buy anything.

My experience with Mark and Virgil made the trip to Milwaukee worth it. Virgil was kind, made the deal work, and then explained everything about my new Jeep. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed or pressured. I would definitely buy from Griffin Hub again and have Virgil as my salesman.

This SUV is by far the best car we've ever owned. We've owned Toyotas since 1987 (& a few Hondas in between). We thought our '91 Previa was the best (owned it till we traded it in at over 335,000 miles), but this rivals that one with its sturdy ride yet luxury feel on the road. They hybrid saves you a little gas money. If your budget doesn't allow you to buy new, would definitely recommend you buy it used, if you can (they're very hard to find because no one wants to give them up!)
