This 2024 HybridHighlander car has hit all the check marks: comfortable, easy to use instrument layout and technology, 35-36 mpg, impressive power for a small 4 cylinder motor. I am very pleased with this car at the 1000 mile mark. I think the price is a little high, but very satisfied.

Part time Delaware resident but my dream car became available in Maryland. Across the state lines, Emmanuel did amazing work to make the purchase seamless! I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. 2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.

Meme provided excellent customer service and professional. Meme assisted me with getting a ride back home free of charge. Meme was prompt with letting me know the status of my vehicle. Meme also ensured that I got discounts if applicable.

Own a 2014. Best bang for your buck for a 8 seater. I'm at 200k miles with just the usual oil changes and tires when needed. Only 1 downside to these cars are the markups from dealerships.

Bought a 2023 Highlander Hybrid, Limited. My first Toyota. Ride comfort is good, mileage is fantastic (35-38). Two things disappoint me. First, the wind noise...pretty bad. I’m hesitant to have the dealer touch it because they say nobody has complained about. If you search online, it is a known problem (the noise is TERRIBLE compared to my XT5). Secondly, the car seems chintzy. The exterior metal is tinny...again, compared to my XT5...just not nearly as solid. I would buy it again...I think Hybrids are the way to go. I’m just surprised how chintzy the car seems. I suppose the lack of insulation , etc is the trade off for the great mileage

Had a frustrating experience with Toyotas national call in center for scheduling but was fortunately transferred to Lauren and she changed my whole experience from frustrating to fantastic! It was apparent how much she cared about giving me GREAT service from the second we began our interaction. She got me scheduled, serviced my RAV4 with professionalism and got me in and out with great efficiency. Loved my Toyota service experience all because of Lauren! I have driven this car for about a month now and am very pleased with the performance and handling. The seating is quite comfortable with plenty of leg room in the front and center row seats however, the third row does not have much leg room. Both the center and third row seats fold down easily to provide ample cargo space if needed. All the safety features are amazing and work as intended, I especially enjoy the backup camera system with its blind spot warning system. Comes in handy in those parking lots where cars and people can appear from anywhere. Fuel mileage depending on driving habits and conditions is fantastic. I have only added seven gallons of gas in my first month of driving. I cannot properly rate reliability as I have not owned the car long enough to make an accurate assessment. But taking into consideration the manufacturer's different warranties that come standard with the car I am betting that if properly maintained it is very reliable.

Mr. King was professional and personable. He was knowledgeable about the car and explained everything thoroughly! Mr. Holliday (GM) joined the conversation at the right time in order to get us into our new (to us) car! We are looking forward to be back in the Toyota family!

We got the vehicle indecency. 28, 2023. We hit 1000 miles and so far so good. We wanted a bench seat and have bought the XLE. It came with the XP package. I am disappointed that it doesn’t have heated steering wheel and 360 degree camera, but I can live w/o it.

Mr Zanelotti handled the recall repair and other work quickly and professionally. All work was on time and as estimated. Will return to Koons for service work in the future!

Highlander Hybrid is what I went to buy in May 2025. I now have 7,000 miles on it, both a 1800 mile highway trip plus lots of driving in my area. I am pleased with my purchase and with Toyota of Plano.

I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

My wife had a smaller all wheel drive car from another company that drove me nuts trying to do the driving for me. It was a total hassle to turn it off every time you restarted the vehicle and I complained every time I drove it. Now with the highlander every time I drive it I comment how much I like it. Even considering a second one for my company car. By the way this is our first hybrid vehicle.

The trim package is XLE. This car replaced another XLE Hybrid model which did not have AWD. We mainly drive between Nebraska and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The AWD on this vehicle is great and kicks in without you even noticing it. The fuel mileage in the beginning was not great (29-32) due to trips made in the winter. Have not made a trip lately, but our current mileage is 42 with mostly hybrid type city driving (slow acceleration and coasting stops). There is an engine noise when accelerating which we did not have in our other hybrid, but our other vehicle is a truck, so it does not bother us. However, the generated noise while in reverse on only the electric engine is loud & annoying. One complaint is that the XLE trim is not standardized across Toyota models or within a model.

The leadership, salesperson and the staff are excellent. I found the service fulfilling, with all going the extra mile to accommodate the customer’s demands. Go for Mr. Hamza when you are looking for a salesperson at Bill Page Toyota!

We knew we would purchase another Highlander hybrid after owning our first one. The new 2021 Highlander does not disappoint! It has all the latest features and is an overall great vehicle.
