OverAll Great Vehicle. Need to add one more seat to make it a 5-seater. GOOD: Great AC, Styling (interior & exterior), Touch Panel, Automated Features, Bells & Whistles, Drive Quality Review after every drive, Trunk space, wireless charger, Silent Ride, etc., etc. BAD: Only 4 seats - need to add 5th seat, Touch Panel tooo close to drinks holder (gets pressed accidentally), Only 1 USB charger in front (no 12V charge point), No Moon Roof option, Software for front panel seems still evolving, Gas Tank NEVER fills to FULL. NEED IMMEDIATE Improvement: If not for the LEASE DEAL (FREE H2 GAS FOR 3 YR), the Miles/$ is WAY WAY LOW (3 miles/$) compared to other EVs (15+) and normal Gasolline vehicles (~10).

Love this car. Rides like a Lexus LS and handles surprisingly well. Interior is very nice also. With the current factory discount of $17K to $25K and the free $15K fuel card, and 0% financing for 72 months, the car is practically free.

M&S Auto is a fantastic place to pick up a used vehicle. This post might get a bit long, so be warned about that. I had already been to 4 other local dealerships, Mostly the big brands. Honda x2, Toyota, and Volvo. I had almost an entire small notebook worth of notes on every car I had seen so far, but I was getting really tired of the whole process and I was ready to just call the whole vehicle search off. I stumbled on the M&S website at 7am, found a really nice Honda at a really nice price. I called them around 9:45am and told them I was coming to check out the car. I showed up 15 minutes later and they had already pulled the car out front, ready to go for review and a test drive. Brian was my sales guy, and let me tell you, this guy knows how to make the entire process completely stress free. I don't know whether it was because I showed up with a notebook, or because he just read me correctly or what, but he let the car do all of the talking, he answered every question I could possibly ask, and was up front about the entire process when I inquired about a trade in. At no point in the entire process did I ever feel any pressure, any manipulation, or any rapid fire double speak questions trying to get a feel for my budget. He was not pushing a sale onto me, we were working it out together. I can not emphasize enough how different that experience was to the other places I had been to. I had already completely walked away from 1 sale after the financing negotiations got hostile, so to have this level of meeting me on the same level, treating me like an equal really stood out to me. Brian was both my sales guy AND the guy that ran through my financing with me. This was also a big plus because I did not feel like I was being handed off to some finance sleezeball, instead Brian and I had already developed a certain amount of rapport and trust through the inspection and test drive process. The final thing I want to mention : I was standing out front for a long time during this whole process, and what I saw was that this dealership is a good place for people whom English might not be there first language. They had representatives for Spanish speaking customers and I believe one of the sales people I met was Slavic, so I bet they could accommodate almost anyone. 9/10 Buying Experience Would highly recommend to those looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.

I got a 2019 model x from this dealership about a year ago. I’m extremely happy with my experience there and with the car. We went back and the owner helped us finance our leased Cadillac with our own credit union without charging us anything extra. Truly amazing people. Owning a Mirai is an adventure. First of all, understand that you are not buying a gasoline vehicle with stations at practically every corner. Secondly, there's a reason these cars are priced the way they are, because ownership requires a bit of patience and flexibility. As a previous owner of a 2010 Toyota Prius, the Mirai was a step up in performance and technology. The car comes with practically every feature you would want in car including heated seats, heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, and satellite radio. The car has more responsive acceleration than the Prius. Over the months that I've owned the car, I've received several compliments regarding the futuristic exterior styling. The only real downsides are the smallish trunk and the lack of a physical spare (it comes with a tire repair kit). Also of note is that the vehicle only seats four people. Even before the generous fuel subsidy provided by Toyota, it is one of the least expensive sedans on the market today (it's often cheaper than a Corolla, which doesn't come with many of its features). Unlike EV charging stations that seem randomly placed, hydrogen fueling stations are strategically placed and cover residents of the Greater Los Angeles area and the San Francisco Bay Area fairly well. If you live or work in the Inland Empire, you might want to wait for a few more stations to open. Refueling requires a bit more planning than a gas powered vehicle because the infrastructure is still in its infancy, so don't wait until the last minute to fill up. PLEASE NOTE: Before you purchase this vehicle make sure there are at least two hydrogen fueling stations near your residence and/or work, because stations do go offline regularly for maintenance or to replenish fuel supplies. The vehicle is relatively low maintenance and inexpensive to maintain, but every 35,000 miles the ion filter needs to be replaced, which will set you back about $600 or so. If buying a used vehicle around 35,000 or 70,000 miles, check to see if the ion filter has been replaced and factor that into your decision.

I purchased a new 2022 Mirai XLE from Santa Monica. Sticker price was 57k. (got the blacked out one so it was a little more), they brought it down to 53k. After $17,000 off the price, adding taxes and fees, the total was $43,000. After I gave them $4500 down, I qualified for 0% APR, 72 months, my total financed was $38,000. My monthly payment is $536. They of course gave me the $15,000 fuel card, the state gives you $4,500 ($2,500 more if you qualify). Aside from the numbers, rebates, etc. The car is not for everyone. I work on the westside and have 2 stations relatively close to me, and a third station that I pass by 3 times during the weekend. Yes, the fuel infrastructure sucks. But if you have at least 1 near you, you should be ok. But I highly suggest, you have at least two local stations easily available to you, wether it's near work or where you live. Do I love the car? - Absolutely, it's luxurious, technology driven, comfortable, feels so light when you drive it. I mean, it doesn't feel like you are driving a Toyota. I do plan on making this my long term car, one can only hope that California is over gas, and we can push hydrogen! (previous car, BMW - 3 series)

If you are looking for a fuel efficient, fun to drive, sporty, futuristic car that makes everyone's head turn, this is the car. The Mirai is a unique car that has a lot to offer. The downside to this car is that it's tough if you have small kids that require car seats. The installation process is long and if you have kids in boosters its hard to fit your hand between the seat to clip the seat belt in. If you don't fall into this category, than you will love driving this car.

I was able to drive some card and liked them but they didn't have exactly what I wanted. The salesperson is still looking for me though and stays in in contact. I like that
