excellent dealer service experience - dealer service is always a bit more expensive- but the quality and customer care was first rate. They even drove me to a movie theater where I saw a show while waiting for the repairs

This is by far my favorite Prius. This my fourth Prius as well. Best looking and handling. I love the color . The interior and all the latest technology is great.

I recently traded in a 2013 Toyota Prius C for this car, a 2025 Prius LE AWD in guardian grey. I loved my old car so I was interested in sticking with the prius and I'm glad I did. They've upgraded this car in so many ways and it is truly fun to drive now. Pros: -Upgraded engine. This engine has more than double the power of the old engines and it makes a huge difference without hurting the fuel economy at all. It makes this car super fun to drive and it handles very well. -Improved styling. These cars don't look anything like the old priuses. They look so much sportier and overall better. I also really liked most of the color options they had. -Value and reliability. The new priuses provide better power combined with the same great fuel economy that prius has become known for. I regularly get 60 mpg. They also aren't very expensive comparatively. I also know that as long as I take care of it I will likely get at least 12 years out of this car like I did with my last prius. Cons: -Not a lot of headroom. Technically speaking, this car has comparable headroom with it's main competitor, the Honda Civic Hybrid, but with the design of the car (long and low) it feels like less. This isn't an issue for me but I can see how it would be an issue for others. -Decreased visibility. Again, because the car is long and low, the windows have slightly decreased visibility compared to earlier generations of this car. I think the safety features in this car more than make up for it so I don't really have an issue with it. -Cheaper materials. The plastic pieces in the interior of the car feel a little bit cheaper and flimsier than they did in my old prius. It's not enough to be a huge issue and the interior is well designed so I don't really notice it but there is a difference. However this is something I noticed in all of the cars that I tested so it's not limited to this model or brand. Overall, this is a great car and I'm very happy with it!

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

I walked in the dealership and was immediately greeted by a salesman. I told him that I work with the father of one their managers and would like to see her. She was very busy at that moment. So I waited until she introduced me to the salesman she thought would best suit my needs. Ricky S. then went over a couple of trucks that he recommended. Went for couple test drives, probably 6-8 miles each. Both highway and residential which was good for me. I settled on the truck I was interested in and got down to business. Agreed on the right figures, filled out the credit app and gave him my title for the (undesirable) trade in I had. Even if they wouldn't take the trade in, I wasn't leaving without the new Tacoma. Ricky took me back to business offices and introduced me to Jordan who closed the deal like he does day after day. Smooth and hiccups. Afterwards Ricky took me to the truck and proceeded to sync my phone to the truck systems. We went over a few other items and we were done. Very patient with me and knew what he was doing. I am very happy to give a 5 star review to Continental Toyota for my recent purchase. My salesman Max kept me updated weekly on the arrival window of my vehicle. He secured the deal with a knowledgeable but very low pressure approach which I greatly appreciated. That isn’t always the case as a female shopping for a car. The paperwork went smoothly with Chris in the finance dept. With so many new features to learn, Max assured me he would always be available to answer questions as they popped up.
