My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. Dan was the definition of professional. He got information through clearly and efficently, and when asked a question would answer immediately in detail. He went out of his way to answer uncommon questions and find solutions that made the process easier since my particular circumstances could have made it a bit complicated. I accidentally forgot a momento from my deceased Grandmother in my trade-in and a call later he said found it and is returning it. Can't recommend Dan enough. On the financial side, Ed broke down everything clearly and efficently. He made everything quick and smooth. Overall very great experience and would recommend. Dan and Ed were good dudes.

The finance person, the manager, other salespeople, pretty much every employee I came into contact with was great to me. My biggest fear was being lowballed on my trade in. That DIDN’T happen!!!! I was offered a reasonable value that I didn’t have to try and negotiate. What I expected to get on trade in value was within less than $1000 difference.
