I daily the prius C 2 and it's just the perfect car. It's small and light enough to just zip through traffic and the instant torque from the electric engine can get you where you need to go quick. The handling is tight and responsive and the wheel is nice and smooth. Nimble, light, and forgiving is how I would describe the drive feel. The car can fit quite a bit of cargo for its size if the seats are folded down. I moved all of my stuff cross country in it and honesty could have fit more than I brougt. Otherwise, it can comfortably move 3 passengers + driver without much issue. The only thing it can't do is haul a bunch of luggage and people at the same time. When you baby it, you'll get mpg near 50, so fuel costs are a nonissue. It's never broken down and never had any issues that weren't my fault. It's the perfect car and I would recommend it to anyone who was open minded about driving a small car.

On October 16th, 2024, we assisted our daughter in purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Our bank is in New York. In my opinion, the bank wasn't moving fast enough to get the money over to make the purchase. Mike was our salesperson. I love the Prius C , I had owned a 2013 Prius C but then I totaled it in 2016, now 3 years later I was able to acquire a 2015 Prius C with less than 23K miles on it at Las Vegas Subaru. I love this car so much, it's the last "Great Prius C" , anything newer than 2015 and you'll get plastic interior parts that scratch super easy, and now Toyota has taken the Prius C and turned it into only two options L and LE both of which lack heated seats and let me tell you, nothing feels better in the winter months than Warm Softex Seats and the newest ones still use the horrible glossy black for the console and steering wheel , again it scratches and in a year looks awful, no no no the Prius C 2015 is the way to go, if you can get your hands on a low mileage one like I did, you are going to love it. This car will last forever if you take good care of the oil changes and service it as necessary, use a full synthetic oil that lasts 10K but always change at 5K This car is not super fast however I can drive from Sacramento to Reno and Back and still have gas to drive around, I can drive to the bay area and stay there all day and drive back on one tank, it is so amazing and your wallet dosn't get hit as hard so you can go further with less cash, its perfect for those of us who like to take the long way home and get lost, but if you want to get lost, the Prius C will always know where you are at whenever your done getting lost, open your maps app set your destination to home and boom, its super easy. So I have a 9.5 gallon tank and when it is filled, I get 390 miles so that averages to 41MPG however if you take advantage of the Eco Scoring and Hybrid/Eco driving system and you are a good driver you will soon find out the sweet driving spots for me it is 61mph on the freeway you will get an average of 65mpg and when you drive in the city under 25 you get about 80mpg but once you master brake regeneration you will find that you get even better MPG. Also, there is a lot of interior noise, and you can hear the road very well but just connect your phone via bluetooth and turn up the tunes, that will fix that problem every time. It's a great car but it is not for everybody I love my Prius C because I utilize all the functions to the best of my capacity to maximize distance and if you want a car that can go the distance and save you money on gas, this is the vehicle for you. I used cars.com to find my Prius C in Las Vegas , Make Sure You Do Your Research! Dealerships in California tend to Raise Prices on Used Priuses and they will always give you the " These are popular so cost more" speech don't fall for it, there are so many well priced priuses you just have to look all around, check every dealership it is very much worth it to do your research, I paid 13K for my used 2015 prius C with 23K miles on it, in California it would have cost 16-17 easy so use Cars.com to find the best deal and don't be in a rush

A straight forward economy car to save money but it is very comfortable and fun to drive because it's so light. The gas savings at almost 50mpg are amazing.

I will never drive another car but Prius again. My little C can fit 8 foot boards inside, it gets at least 45+ miles a gallon, has been INCREDIBLY RELIABLE in the 11 years. The previous C was hit on the driver's side by Lexus SUV at FULL speed and I climbed out unharmed on the other side. That little car absorbed so much force to keep me save. Prius FOREVER.

I’m 46 and I have had many different cars but this one in particular is the best of the best, it is 2024 I live in Chicago and this car is so strong, no rust, transmission works perfect, engine is amazing and I put 300k plus miles on it DO YOU BELIEVE IT!!?? You better!!! and after all this miles a learn so much about that you need to pay attention to make their life longer. I totally recommend to have one of this.

Is it the most fun car to drive? No. Is it a really cool car? No, unless you're an engineer. Is it reliable, cheap to operate and maintain? Yes! That's what this car is designed to do. It doesn't get up like a sports car or carry as much as a truck. Over 3 years of ownership I've experienced Zero problems with this car. I routinely transport my 4 kids around in it. I have moved 2x4's (8ft limit) in this. I have driven 500 miles at once in it. I have driven it in snow (once). It's a great car for anyone concerned about total cost of ownership.

Nothing fancy, but I wasn’t looking for fancy. I did not want anything too large, but the hatchback gives me more possibilities in a small car. It handles really nicely and has good acceleration. Getting over 50 miles to the gallon is also a plus.

80,000 miles so far on my 2013 Prius C. My car has been hit twice and has come out of those repairs with zero issues, still feels like the car it was the day I bought it (purchased new from dealership). Incredible gas mileage. Only downside to this car is that it is not a quiet ride. I can really only use Bluetooth for calls if I’m driving around the city, as soon as I’m on the highway it’s too loud.

The oil change I received was surprisingly fast. Normally, I have to sit at a dealership for a couple hours to have this done. The short wait time was very impressive.

So, our 2nd c. This little bugger has wheels (a 2), is sandstorm colored, has rails on the roof (like you'd ever carry much on it) and is just a great little car to drive. Our other car is a newish Forester and we fight over who takes the little c every day. Avg mpg over 50, even with Maine winters.

I love that it only takes me around $15 to fill up the tank each time. With it being a hybrid, it makes trips very smooth and relatively inexpensive (more to spend on snacks)! Although, it doesn't have cruise control, this car is perfect for traveling all over. The previous driver (my brother) used to drive it to Pennsylvania and back at least once a month. The sound system is great too! The leg room is sufficient if you're not a big, burly person. This car has been great with traveling with the dogs, the back seat folds down to open up the whole hatch!

The car met all my needs with miles per gallon. I enjoy driving the car it handles well on local city streets. I can park easy with smooth steering .

I traded in an 18-year-old RAV4, a 5-speed stick and very bare bones, to buy a new 2016 Prius c Three with navigation and moon roof. I'm very happy with the gas mileage, haven't noticed the interior noise that other reviewers have mentioned, and the slow acceleration really doesn't bother me. And overall, I like the way the car looks and handles. HOWEVER, in the two years I've owned the car. I've already replaced the windshield and am about to replace the front bumper (although repair is also an option). With the windshield, I got a small chip in it last year after a rock hit it on the interstate. My RAV4 had taken a hundred hits in the years I'd owned it without any damage. I had the windshield repaired at first but the repair was bad and I wound up getting a new windshield at cost. The glass guy said they don't make windshields the way they used to and he also suggested that the slope of the Prius c windshield might make it more susceptible to chips. Then I was horrified recently to see a 5-inch crack in the bottom edge of my front bumper on the the right side. This was my first experience with a fiberglass bumper and, after Googling it, I found that these plastic bumpers can get very brittle and fragile in cold weather (I live in Maine). I have no idea how this happened, although more than one person described cracking a bumper after simply hitting a snowbank. I also heard, from three body shops, that this type of damage is not unusual with the Prius c since it's so low to the ground. My Toyota salesman also said this but said the trade-off is the really low gas mileage! Well, I told him that paying $800 for a new bumper will eat up an awful lot of gas savings. I did browse a few pages of reviews before I bought the car but I don't recall seeing any of this mentioned. I'd always considered myself a careful driver but it seems one has to be extra careful with the Prius c, considering how low it is to the ground and how brittle the plastic can get in the cold. And I cringe every time a pebble hits my windshield...

Cobb County Toyota is the best buying experience! Purchased a new 2024 Rav4 Hybrid XLE with XLE conveience package for thousands below MSRP. The low advertised prices DO NOT have any markups or other nonsense fees. Advertised price plus tax, title and state fees is how they roll. A very transparent honest dealership. Sales staff were very relaxed and there was no pressure. I will only buy cars here in the future.

This car is great for the price! I got it for $12k with all the taxes and fees. It is a 2015 but has almost 100,000 miles. It has been great! The little battery did die on me which cost me $500 to fix, just because I wasn't sure if it was the big prius battery or not, as I am new to the prius owning business. So I was just recommend reading up on everything you can about the prius so you are fully prepared. I like the C because I like little size, I love the trunk cover (it keeps everything from becoming sunbleached, since I live in Florida), I love how easy it is to park, AND I AM COMPLETELY IN LOVE WITH THE ORANGE EXTERIOR COLOR!! It makes me so happy everytime I see it. I also made sure to get one with the touchscreen on the inside. It makes me feel like I am in a really expensive car, but I didn't have to pay the expensive price. I only have the C II though, and I wish I could have gotten the III or IV. The III would have navigation built in which would have been nice and the IV usually has leather seats, I think they are heated, and a sunroof, which is what I really wanted. But my Prius C II has everything that I need and I couldn't be happier. It makes me feel like a successful, fun person!
