Happy and pleased with my first Service after moving from the Port Charlotte area, at the Boast VW dealership. The staff was professional, helpful and courteous.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

The staff that helped us at Ferman Ford . Tom , David and Jeff proved to me that there are still people out there that not only talk the talk but walk the walk when it comes to the art and science of customer service !!! All three of these men went out of there way ,to deliver superior service !! Even at the end of the night when most would have been dragging there feet , short fused, all three of them comforted us and put our needs first !! Julie and I feel grateful , blessed and happy we chose Ferman to make our purchase . We want Tom , David , and Jeff to realize that the attitude and professionalism they all showed us Thursday night will be remembered forever . In a day in age when most people struggle to feel connection with other humans due to constant stimulus overload Julie and I felt we were the only couple on the planet at the dealership that evening . Every thing a human being dos is to change the way they feel !!! We purchase trucks and cars so we can feel safe , proud , excited . Tom , David , and Jeff are rare individuals that understand this and used there gifts to make the buying of our Ford one of the greatest experience's Julie and I have had in 26 years . Stellar service in a modern world is extremely rare but our experience proves you can still receive it if you fortunate enough to deal with individuals like Tom , David , and Jeff . I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Ok so I’ve got to tell you about my awesome experience at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood Ranch I was surfing there site looking for a 4Runner TRD Pro and put in a question and within minutes this guy Nick Hirschy Texts me back and says these are hard to get but he’s on it what do you want in it so I make my list and shoot it back to Nick and sure enough within 5 weeks I’m picking it up at the awesome dealership and let me tell you from Nick to all the people I interacted with I was treated like a VIP so I want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to Nick Hirschy And everybody at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood Ranch I love my TRD Pro thank you so much and see you soon…..and if your looking for a Toyota go see Nick Hirschy And tell him Jeff sent us I’m sure he’ll give you the same great service he gave me!!!!!!! Dealership staff were extremely persuasive to encourage the prospective buyer to stop by for test drive.

Called 4 different dealers, they all pull the bait and switch. Not honoring the price they list on line, not honoring the incentives offered by Ford and they use on their site to bait you in. Walker was great, Brian gave me the price and honored the Ford incentives!

Salesman Youssef was the best Salesman I have ever dealt with. He truly tries to find a vehicle to match your needs. Very pleasant experience.

The service team that took care of me (Mike and Vladimir) were extremely helpful and friendly. The tech/mechanic was also quick and did a great job. Thank you for always take such great care of your customers!

Parvez is fantastic we have purchased 5 cars from him. We tell him what we want and he always delivers. Rocco does a nice job helping with the finances, not pushy or sneaky.

It’s so much nicer when you show up for your appointment and they actually have the part you need available to install. That way the service advisor doesn’t get into a shouting match with you because you’re pissed off that you drove all that way and they didn’t have the part and tell you that you can take your business elsewhere.

I worked with Johnie S. and I would highly recommended him to anyone looking for a new car. Even when we were in the heat of negotiations he was polite, respectful, and transparent. Are negotiating via text on a specific vehicle he was able to send us all the documents over email and got us in and out of the dealership in 90m. Wayne in finance was extremely friendly, pleasant, and made a typically painful process painless. It?s clear the manager Steve has this place running smoothly.

I wish to thank Mike Gillespie for helping me set up my recall for my Honda pilot carbrator replacement. And Mr Mike introduced me to Dominic Neglio sales leader to help my wife and I to talk about a car for my wife. Then Dominic introduced us to Mr. Kaleb Clarke . Mr Kaleb showed us two cars that we liked. 2024 new Accord. very nice. Then he said we just got a new 2025 accord in today that I think you will like. He was correct.
