Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Howe, TX

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

The service department at Holiday Chevrolet is always easy to deal with. They provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, along with friendly smiling faces. Whether you are scheduling and appointment, picking up your vehicle or standing face to face with a problem the staff is always willing to go above and beyond. Joel is always helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and great to deal with. We have a couple of dealerships close to home, but we choose to drive the 45 minutes to Holiday for service and because of that service, they will continue to get our business when purchasing our new vehicles. Very friendly, no pressure, and easy to work with sales staff. The place was welcoming and everyone spoke to you to ensure you were being helped. The salesperson, William Chesser, was very helpful during the whole process and happy to assist even after the sale was made when I had questions about my new truck.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

My battery died when I could not drive for a few weeks. My garden is full of wood working tools plus my car. So I could not jump start and I did not have a battery charger. I called Toyota for help. They assigned one of their home service repair teams who came the following day. They fixed the problem and I was driving my care again. I was very satisfied with their service
