Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Riverview, SC

Zach Cuthberson our salesman was great helped us get the Jeep we wanted and at a good price. Keffer Jeep/ Dodge treated us very well and this new addition was the 5th purchased our family made at Keffer. Also the detailing department did a great job having our Jeep ready for delivery.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

Sam was very professional and attentive to customers needs. Was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we asked without hesitation. Showed us all the different models they had. During the test drive he is engaged with the customers while they drive.

Drove almost 3hrs to purchase from Rockhill Nissan. They had the best pricing and phenomenal service. Most of the interaction was via phone so they had everything ready for me when I walked through the door.

Lindsay O'Neill was the service representative who helped me, and she was extremely professional and helpful when I had car troubles. Even when this location did not have a part needed, she did everything possible to make sure I was well taken care of and got my car back in a timely manner, even calling the delivery staff to let me know when the parts arrive.

I have know Jessica Poteet for many years. Everytime I need my car serviced, Jessica always asks me what is the best time for me to bring my car in. If I don't have a coupon for the work I need done, Jessica always tries to fine discounts on line for me. Jessica always goes beyond the call of duty. So sweet, professional and great Customer Service. I would not have anyone else as a Service Writer as long Jesscia is working there. Jessica I s not just a Service Writer, also my Friend. Bryan was in constant contact with us during the whole process. Not pushy, but present. The other team members were also supportive and everything went smoothly. There are certain things that a dealership can do to leave a lasting impression on their customers. My wife and I had such an occurrence yesterday. A very positive occurrence. We intended to purchase a new Toyota Sienna. But the key for us was my wife's ability (she is wed to a wheelchair) to actually get into the front seat passenger side since she cannot drive. No such luck. Unlike our 2020 Honda Odyssey, which is easy for her, the Sienna was unfortunately about 5 inches too tall for her to reach the seat. What made the experience so memorable for us was the combination of Mike Lasiter (salesman) and Eddie Powell (sales mgr). They tried so many different approaches including seeing if they could find a replacement seat which would allow my wife easier access. It was amazing to see these two work so hard to help a customer. Sure they wanted to sell a car. But they went way beyond that to help us. In addition, I cannot imagine a customer finding a better facility to both purchase a car and to also have it serviced. The dealership's attention to detail on customer service was amazing. They had 72 service bays, a wonderful seating area for their customers, actual food customers could purchase instead of just a vending machine and to top it off, they offered a manicure service , free of charge, to any customer waiting for their car. Try matching that at most dealers. Each employee we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful (Yvette Pete Acree, etc). So the upshot of the visit was Eddie Powell and Mike Lasiter ended up recommending we go to Kia Union County dealership up the road and take a look at their vehicles which might fit my wife's need. So we did and ended up purchasing a new Kia minivan. And all the while I wished we could have become a customer of Scott Clark's dealership. So if you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle, I could not imagine a better sales and service experience or perhaps better said, a tremendous customer experience than that at Scott Clark Toyota. And no I am not a paid employee or anything like that. I am a customer who knows great customer service when he sees and experiences it.

We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

Always great service and in particular Service advisor, David Bowles, is outstanding. Highly recommend! Best service I have had at any dealership. David worked up through mechanic ranks and gives great advice too!

Experience was good overall as employee was very pleasant and was able to answer any service questions I had regarding my vehicle. I do think they could have done better in terms of keeping me updated regarding the status of my vehicle.

Oil/Filter, Tire Rotation, Inspection, Lubricants. The employees were friendly and accommodating. The dealership is very clean and comfortable. They have a wide selection of free flavored coffees and hot chocolates available while you wait.
