Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

From our first phone call, he was welcoming and reassuring. I had initially chosen a deal elsewhere, but Thiago confidently told me he would find me the best option, and he did. He was absolutely right. When I arrived at the dealership, he greeted me as if he had known me for years. He walked me through the facility, explained every step with patience and kindness, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was how much he went out of his way to help. (I’m someone who is usually not a fan of car buying experiences because of the pressure and dishonesty that can come with it), but this was completely different. I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

I’m writing to give praise to Jen Lilly. I had an amazing experience buying my new RAV4.Jen kept me up to the minute with info throughout the process. Jen is incredibly dedicated to the customer! When my vehicle was ready , everything was done and complete. I left the shop with no questions. Jen is always there for questions.I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Canobie Lake Toyota. They also have a fantastic repair service!! Ask for Jen if you want total satisfaction!!

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.
