I drove over from Alabama to look at a used Ford they had advertised. I call to inquire about the car and Jonah told me since I was traveling so far to look at the car he would have the keys in his pocket and have the car ready to inspect when I arrived. The car was exactly as they had advertised it to be and had a a fair price . The fact that they do not charge any add on fees or hidden charges is why I deal with Cobb Toyota. I purchased the car and will buy again from this dealership.

(This was my eighteenth new-car purchase since 1970. This purchase was preceded by email exchanges about a specific vehicle available at the dealership.). Dylan was both helpful and attentive. Although the engagement centered around a specific vehicle known to both parties, the buying process still required several hours to conclude. The buying process of interest here was neither the longest nor the briefest encountered by me, and like my earlier experiences, was punctuated by salesperson absences that served to protract the overall process, especially given that face-to-face negotiation made up less than a minute of the time involved; I believe the up-front emails helped in this regard. In such circumstances as these, why can't the process take less time? But, the bottom line here is that if I were in the market for another Toyota, I would likely turn to this dealership, and ask for Dylan to assist me.

Marietta Toyota is a great! I recently went in to have routine maintenance done on my Highlander and the experience was great! The service personnel and very knowledgeable and helpful, and keep you informed on the progress. There were no surprises. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I recently visited Marietta Toyota for routine 10,000 miles service for 2025 Toyota Camry. I was told that the vehicle would be ready within an hour. To my surprise, in less than half an hour,the representative told me that the vehicle was ready!!! Overall, the shop was quite busy. They were very professional and made me felt “at home”. I will be utilizing their services in the future. and would rate them a 5 star.

I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Dwayne during my recent visit to explore purchasing a vehicle. Although I ultimately did not move forward with a purchase at this time due to factors outside of Dwayne’s control, I want to emphasize how helpful and persistent he was in making sure I had all the information I needed. Our daughter had been wanting a specific Tundra with specific items for a very long time. She saw one online so her dad and I went to look. We knew immediately it had her name all over it. Tim was wonderful in helping us from beginning to end. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Their facility it beautiful, has everything you might need and so clean.
