Our 2nd RAV4 (since 2014) was purchased brand new from Cobb Co Toyota only 3 weeks ago and I’m very pleased with this loaded 2025 xle premium build quality, comfort, tech features and drivability thus far. Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Did I have goog experience? Yes, I did. Johnny Tam did his best, although I didn't want to make the experience but his service was good enough to have me do it. Actually, I have the SR5 2025. Thanks to him and Thanks to Oscar as he didn't act like scam. Most of the managers, they just scamming people, but him, he was ok to provide the best that he could. This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Took 2007 Tacoma in for routine 200K mile service. Service advisor, Giovanni, was great. Gave me a written estimate in advance for items I wanted done and final bill came out lower. Did not try to up sell or force additional items. Applied online discounts from the web site to final bill without issue. Answered all my questions and made himself available for any additional inquiries.

Service writer was very professional and always kept me informed of what was going on. Service technician sent me a couple of videos of the service for my car.
