I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Dwayne during my recent visit to explore purchasing a vehicle. From start to finish, he was efficient, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Although I ultimately did not move forward with a purchase at this time due to factors outside of Dwayne’s control, I want to emphasize how helpful and persistent he was in making sure I had all the information I needed. He listened carefully to my needs, answered my questions thoroughly, and made the experience a positive one. Because of the great impression Dwayne left, I will certainly keep him in mind and would be glad to return in the future when vehicle availability is a better fit. This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I drove over from Alabama to look at a used Ford they had advertised. I call to inquire about the car and Jonah told me since I was traveling so far to look at the car he would have the keys in his pocket and have the car ready to inspect when I arrived. The car was exactly as they had advertised it to be and had a a fair price . The fact that they do not charge any add on fees or hidden charges is why I deal with Cobb Toyota. I purchased the car and will buy again from this dealership.

Sales staff were very relaxed and there was no pressure. I will only buy cars here in the future.
