He worked with me remotely to order my vehicle, appraise my trade-in, and negotiate fairly. He hit every point I wanted and respected what I didn't want. Just a genuinely good guy. Johanna Castellanos, the Finance Manager, helped me with the purchase. She clearly explained all my options and, most importantly, gave me absolutely no trouble when I chose to decline certain add-ons. And most importantly, she got me out quickly. The dealership itself was clean, and the staff was welcoming. I drove nearly 60 miles to get there, and it was worth it. The vehicle was cleaned and ready to go upon my arrival. There were no games and no bait-and-switch tactics; the numbers matched exactly what we discussed upfront. I highly recommend this leadership team!

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. This dealership has been refreshing. I was overwhelmed by the level of concern shown to me during my visit. I haven't had many car buying experiences so I was a bit nervous when I went to visit Darcars. However, once I met the salesman Moe Makadji, all my nerves went away. He listened to us and answered all of our questions with honestly. He really knows his stuff. He also wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't know something, but was quick to learn and find out the answer.
