The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

They were very good and plentiful with their correspondence. I got very busy and couldn't respond. I will try again.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I want to say that our salesperson Jason Harvey was really super helpful after going to Koons Tyson Toyota after a rather poor experience at Darcars Toyota. I had intended to just look at a red RAV4 they had in stock but we went home with it that night and left them our 2000 Honda CRV. I have deal with more than a few car salespersons over the past 3 months but Jason was one of the top friendly and helpful salespersons that I have dealt with. If most car salepersons were just half as good and friendly as him, the world would be a better place. I highly recommend him. LOL, being my 2000 Honda CRV was totally lacking most modern features found current new cars, he had to explain quite a bit to me and my wife and certainly helped set up our Apple carplay. My wife really liked him too.

My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face . I’m so blessed to be able to have had him as my salesperson because he most definitely took care of me & if i wanted to buy another car I would definitely be seeing him again . The assistant service manager, Wendy Perdue, was absolutely fantastic. I was given top service which is why I will tell family and friends. The honesty about my car repair and needs, makes Toyota top notch to me!

I made a 1:00 appointment for a tire rotation and when I arrived at 12:45, I was informed that it would take 2/2.5 hours for the service to be completed. Ridiculous! Why can?t the service time be better managed?
