Keith, the service representative, was very thorough. He explained everything to me that my car would need for service. He also told me what services I could possibly wait to do. He was upfront about the time it would take in the cost of the repairs. The service department was very welcoming and comfortable for hanging out and waiting. Eli was a sales rep that I talked to for a while as well. He showed me a car and didn?t apply any sort of pressure in buying it. He insert all my questions. In the end, I wasn?t ready to buy a new car just yet but he gave me the information I need for when I am ready. I give the whole team at Ira Toyota of Saco Maine, a 5+ star review all around. Great place to go. I?ve been going there for years. I genuinely trust everyone and value their opinions.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!
