Once I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Patrick C., who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions about the Camry I was interested in (which I ended up purchasing—no regrets!), and he answered each one with patience and confidence. It was clear he had a deep understanding of the vehicle, and that made all the difference. What stood out most was the care Patrick showed even after the sale. He followed up with me a few days later to see how things were going and offered help as I got used to my new car. When I ran into trouble reaching the service department for my undercoating appointment, he stepped in and handled it for me without hesitation. This dealership is truly a hidden gem. Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

The experience was great. I had specific expectations for my new Toyota and Tyler worked with me to find the vehicle I wanted. All was perfect until I got to the finance department. Was left staring out the window for almost a hour before able to see someone. The $'s they came up with (no additional add ons) were above the original sale price. Quickly corrected when pointed out to the finance person. Highly recommend - just pay attention in the finance department.
