I bought a 2012 Prius V from McGee. It had low mileage and was cosmetically in great condition inside and out. My sales person was very friendly and easy to work with, though not having many details about the car. I noted two items I wanted addressed before getting the car, and understood that one item likely wouldn’t be fixed as it was cosmetic and would be labor intensive to repair. I was fine with that. When i received the car I discovered that’s the defroster and several other buttons on the climate control weren’t working. Living in northern VT, that was a major concern for me. It took several conversations with several folks at McGee before we reached a resolution. The important thing for me was that they continued to talk as long as they felt I had a credible concern, and helped fund a reasonable solution. I have learned a lot in the process. And I’m happy with my car, which is being repaired later this week. You can tell a lot about a company by how they engage when there’s a problem. I’m very happy with my experience at McGee! Highly recommended!

I had an incredible experience at White River Toyota. I worked with Alyssa Bruno and really appreciated how thorough and honest she was regarding helping me narrow down what I was looking for. She explained all the features, answered all my questions, and helped me set up the app connections before leaving the lot. I followed up a few days later with a windshield wiper issue and my vehicle was immediately brought into a bay, wipers fixed, and they removed all the ice and snow from the outside of the car. Working with Lincoln Newton was a pleasure. He went the extra mile to update a Highlander Hybrid Platinum that was in the dealership allocation schedule with the color and extras that we wanted.
