I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

Miscommunication on everyone’s part contributed to some hiccups when writing the contract. We cancelled a VIP clause and have been waiting 3 months for management to resolve the issue. We have management’s commitment that things are moving in the right direction. We love the car. It’s our first Toyota. Our sales team was very helpful getting us trained on the electronics.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Was looking to buy a new 4Runner TRD Off-Road but none of the dealers in the area had what we were looking for. My wife and I bought our car from Ourisman's Gordy Mueller a little over 2 years ago; we tend to follow Gordy from dealership to dealership because we trust his judgement in helping us select our cars and seeing that the dealership handles maintenance and services for us in a good fashion. Our most recent experience with servicing was a little over 2 months ago. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and the handling of the actual service was completed very quickly. All staff were knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. All in all our entire experience in buying and having our car serviced at Ourisman has been extremely good.

The reception was very warm. The marketing contact, and the entire team was very friendly. The whole process from survey to selection and eventual choice was seamlessly executed.
