Rose was very friendly, attentive, and patient with me. She really goes above and beyond. I was also very impressed with Chris. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with financial advice. Definitely the best experience I have had with a finance department. It was the weekend, so I didn’t get an opportunity to meet with anyone in the service department, but I assume the experience will be to the same high standard. Overall, I am very impressed with Toyota and this dealership.

I had a great experience at White River Toyota a well deserved 5 star rating! I worked with Sheldon and would highly recommend. I came from out of town to look at a 2025 Tundra. He was prepared, had answers to all our questions, and made the process smooth. I normally hate vehicle shopping but, this was a pleasant experience. I was out of there in minimal time. I’m also even more impressed that I negotiated some floor mats and they arrived within days to my front door! Fantastic customer service!!!!

This is an excellent and well run dealership. I purchased a car through sales consultant Lincoln Newton, who did an outstanding job. I traveled from out of state, so it required trust on my part that things would work out, and I was very pleased with the result. The car and details of the transaction were as promised, Lincoln had the paperwork all prepared, and Luke followed up quickly and efficiently.
