I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Kurt helped me buy my first car and he was great! I was very insecure with the process, but he put my worries to rest. The whole sale happened faster than expected, but it's been a week now and I'm very happy with my car!!! Additionally the financial advisor was awesome. Jerry was her name and though my credit was a bit messy she was able to explain to me all of my choices now and in the future. Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I have been to most of the Ford dealerships in the bay area. Hands down this is the best that I have been to. I came in because I could not pair my phone. A manager I have not seen before came out and took a look. He figured out it was my phone causing the concern. He updated my phone and rebooted my SYNC and problem solved. Outstanding customer service.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Overall experience was excellent. Customer service was over the top with sales, management, and finance. Highly recommend this dealership!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.

I was looking for a 2016 e-golf with fast charger. Not a lot of dealers had any left. I found one 2 hours away at another dealership. They started the negotiations high and wouldn't budge much. We didn't make the deal. Then I e-mail Santa Cruz VW and told them to send me there best offer. Jonathan Dasig Internet Sales Department sent me a clearly broken down offer that was way better than the other dealership and was in line with my research. Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

Bought new in 2018, have replaced battery and tires in 40000 miles. Been reliable but expected better gas mileage. 29 mpg hwy only 16 mpg in town.
